Extell is developing in Park City, Utah’s the newest ski resort in the country at the Mayflower Mountain Resort.  This is going to be a four-season resort that will offer 4100 acres of  ski terrain overlooking the jordanelle reservoir, 50+ miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, a new Village with lot of entertain and people watching that will ultimately include up to 9 hotels and 1800 residential units, and much more.  Mayflower Mountain Resort is slated to open in the late fall of 2024..
